CAMERA COUNTING · DAILY PROGRESS
A push-up counter for the reps you do now—and the habit you build over time. Use your camera, keep your daily total in view, and work toward your own goal.
Start your next set →Try the counter without creating an account.
01 / GET MOVING
Support it low, upright and nearly level, in front of you or at an angle. Keep your shoulders, arms and hips in view. Choose your front or rear camera.
Allow camera access when your browser asks. You can hold a straight-arm plank or start moving. Tracking joins at the top; the next full rep counts once it is ready.
The counter estimates reps from your movement. Your session total and today’s total are separate, so several small sets can contribute to the same daily goal.
02 / BUILD YOUR DAY
The 100-a-day challenge is an optional target. Spread your reps across the day and use the next-set suggestion as a starting point. Suggestions adjust with your recorded progress; they are not a personalized exercise prescription.
Use open counting, a rep target, a timer, or planned sets. Pause when you need to; rest time does not add reps.
Review your recorded sets and daily totals in History. Today follows your local day. Detailed history on a device can differ from totals saved to your account.
Choose an amount that suits your ability and recovery. You do not need to complete 100 reps to use the app. Stop if you feel pain.
03 / KNOW WHAT YOU SHARE
Camera images and audio are not uploaded. Pose processing happens on your device. The app sends numeric workout evidence and diagnostic summaries to help investigate counting problems; basic usage sharing has a separate control in Settings.
An account is optional for camera counting. Add your X handle to join the community, publish the invitation post, then paste its link for verification. Public-post availability can affect verification.
Opt in to publish your handle, daily totals and 100-a-day streak. X verification confirms account ownership, not the accuracy of exercise totals. Community totals are self-reported.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Open Gored Bull in your browser. You can also add it to your home screen. Open the short installation guide for iPhone or Android. Camera access requires permission, and device performance varies.
The app remembers your camera visibility preference on this browser. Your browser still controls camera permission and may ask again after settings or permissions change.
Unregistered progress is stored in your browser and can be lost if that storage is cleared. For account totals, restore the same account on the other device and connect to the internet to sync. Save your recovery code before you lose access; detailed set summaries remain device-specific.
Adjust the camera so your shoulders, arms and hips remain visible through the movement. Verified users can report a counting issue in Settings. Available numeric evidence can help us investigate, but evidence delivery is not guaranteed.
